Self Practice Class
This class a self paced class for the students of any level. However, we would ask you to attend at least one or two general or beginners classes before attending this class
You will be practicing postures(asanas), pranayama(breathing) and meditation assisted by your teacher if required. You will receive guidance, tips and support but be prepare to work on your own too.
*Allergy Advice. If you are allergic to cats, the venue may not be suitable for you.
